Site management is looked after by our representative Nicholas Rentals.
Included in their service are:
- A representative to meet you within 24 hours of arrival
- 24 hour helpline in case of emergencies
- Discount Card for food and beverages from Nicholas Hotels and the private Genc Beach
- Daily courtesy bus service to our private Genc Beach
- Information Pack on the area
- Grocery Pack with essential supplies
- Twice weekly towel and linen change
- Twice weekly cleaning service
- Water heating by electric boiler
- Sun beds

Bookings should be made by e-mailing Theresa & Bob Marshall.
The current prices for the apartments are:
High season (July and August): £310.00
Low season (May and June, September and October): £260.00
Transfer from Dalaman airport can be arranged for £60.00 return trip for up to four people, with an additional £15.00 charge per extra person.
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking, with the balance being paid six weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £200 is also required against any breakages, loss or damage during your stay, which can be paid either by credit card imprint or cash and which is returnable on the day of departure following an inventory check.
